Spend your time amongst an extended family
Having been built more than 100 years ago, Belper Views has worn many faces, including at one stage an all girls school.
It wasn't until 1996 that our owner and founder, Alan Kilkenny, purchased the property after identifying a need for a care provider for the over 65’s who held beliefs such as his own - respect, compassion, trust and a warm, safe environment.
With majestic views over the Chevin valley, Belper Views was the logical choice for the ultimate in rest and relaxation.
We are proud to be a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered provider of activities for persons of 65 years and over who require personal care, as well as residents with dementia.
You can find our latest inspections and reports here and our food safety and hygiene report here.
Having provision for 25 residents at any one time, you have the option of spending time in peaceful reflection, staring out at the splendour of the Chevin valley or engaged in activities with friends. We'll be there every step of the way, to meet any need you have.
Our care plan focuses on a person-centred approach with all residents, ensuring we recognise and treat each as an individual.
We like to think of ourselves as an extended family and we would love for you to be part of it, so why not give us a call and we can make an appointment for you to come and have a look at your second home?

We know how important it is that you trust the people looking after you or your loved one, which is why we have brought together years of expertise and experience to ensure we only provide the very best care.
Our team strive to go above and beyond each and every day to make the care you or your loved one receive a wonderful, engaging and rewarding experience - often giving up their own time to do so
All Belper Views care home employees undertake extra training in specific areas of care, ranging from dignity, nutrition and dementia. We operate an open and honest thought sharing initiative, with advice often being shared between colleagues - and sometimes relatives - along with day-to-day support and information.
